It takes courage to step out of your comfort zone and to tell your own story. How you express yourself, through your poise, position and personal style makes a huge impact on how you feel about yourself and how others see you. The first step is to embrace everything you are, quirks and all.

How do I know this? I know because I have lived it.
Like any young person struggling to fit in, I learned in high school how peer pressure can make or break you. In my mind, I was a contrarian but didn't have the courage to express my style. As a result, my style was pretty "vanilla" for most of high school...until one life-changing summer. On this fateful trip, I discovered a compelling confidence that who I am is who I was meant to be. Style, poise and culture intersected in a symphony of joy. All things in my world were right again. It's been my obsession ever since.

My name is Sylvi Chai. I am a certified image consultant, coach, and stylist based out of Toronto, Ontario. I would be delighted to take you on this journey of rediscovery. In the 15+ years I’ve been in the industry, I’ve trained, mentored and styled career professionals at all levels in the art of projecting a timeless personal brand.
